Extruded Finned Tubes for Heat Exchangers
Cost-effective production of heat exchangers is achieved by optimization
of both the material requirements and the production process.
The parameters decisive for the heat transfer between two fluids are the
heat exchange surfaces of the tube.The heat transfer coefficients of two
fluids sometimes differ considerably.To offset this difference,the surface
of that side where the heat transfer coefficient is less favorable is extended
by specific finnnig.So that the products of heat transfer coefficient and
heat exchange surface on the two sides the finned tube are balanced
The surface extension can be obtained by oll kinds of fins on the outside or inside of the tube.
The assets of a finned tube are ;
Lower meterial costs due to smaller number of tubes.
Lower labour costs because of the smaller number of tubes to be mounted
Less expensive housing due to a smaller unit size.
Finned tube materials must meet a variety of requirements ;
Good resistance to corrosion by the heat transfer fluids
Good thermal conductivity
Adequate strength
Good cold forming properties
Good soldering and welding properties
Negligible thermal expansion
Low cost
Anti fouling properties for salt water applications etc.
Copper and aluminium materials meet these requirements to very large
extent.For this reason,they are widely used for extruded finned tubes...

CO. first started producing oil coolers for heavy duty machines and improved its production capacity, with products such as: Shell & Tube type for Injection Machines; Radiator type Oil Coolers by using Fined Tubes which are also produced by MISAN LTD. CO. MISAN's Oil Coolers are used at all kind of Hydraulic Applications. Currently we are proud to produce various kind of heat exchangers for all kinds of industry demands with a wide range of production.
Our large factory building which is used for both production and marketting, is located in "Ikitelli Organized Industrial Area", Istanbul.
Our productions which were produced according to the International Quality Standards and TSE , are marked with our registered logo "PM" and tested with a persantage of 100%, beside all of these quality tests and registrations, we use the "OEM" numbers for referance purposes only.
